Green Kerala Plantation Pvt Ltd is an Agro Plantation Company that was founded in 1996. Mr Manuel Koldy, the Managing Director, is the driving force behind this firm. Under his guidance, he has a team of members and employees that are equally supportive.
Green Kerala Plantation Private Limited and Green Tamilnadu Plantations Pvt Ltd , situated in Kerala and Coimbatore respectively, are our two production operations units.
We have around 30 years of experience in this sector.
We mostly deal with turmeric & mustard spent, byproduct after extraction i.e turmeric spent & mustard de-oiled meal, and turmeric oil, which are widely used in the animal feed industry. Turmeric Spent
Spent turmeric is the turmeric residue after the colouring components have been removed. It’s a byproduct of the 95 per cent Turmeric Curcumin Extraction procedure. It is commonly used as compost or livestock feed. Cattle feed makers use it as an ingredient. This 2 percent is used in numerous feed additives by several feed manufacturers.
This is also utilised in the production of fire/bio briquettes and organic fertilisers.

Turmeric in Cattle / Poultry Feed
Turmeric increases villus length and weight in the duodenum by stimulating digestive enzymes and pancreatic lipase. It can control and limit the growth and colonisation of a wide range of pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria in the gut of chickens, resulting in a more balanced the gut microbial environment and improved feed utilisation as measured by live body weight and weight gain. Curcumin gives the yolk a yellow colour, so there’s no need to add pricey colouring additives.
